Terms and conditions
Beginners course: We hope you will enjoy our courses however we are happy to offer a full refund if cancellation requests are provided within 14 days of course materials being sent to you. It is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with all aspects of the course and its limitations. We are always happy to answer any questions by email. After the 14 days we will not issue a refund. By continuing to book you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have paid via Knoma, you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions in addition and if you choose to cancel your payment plan after 14 days we will not issue a full refund to knoma and so you will need to continue to pay their instalements, if cancelled through knoma after 14 days but before 28 days we will only offer a 50% refund, this will be paid to knoma and so you will still need to continue to pay the remaining owed to Knoma. After 28 days no refund will be offered and you will need to continue to abide by the terms and conditions placed on you when you signed up with knoma. Effectively when you sign up to knoma they pay for your fees in full to us and then they allow you to pay them back in instalements in order to cancel with them you need to abide by our cancellation policy otherwise we will not be able to refund knoma.
All other courses: full payment is required to secure any course dates 7 days before the agreed date, failure to do so will result in the date being cancelled. You will need to pay a £100 non refundable deposit to secure dates for training. This deposit is transferrable to a new date if notice is given at least 7 days before the course commences. We will not book models in for your training unless payment is cleared in full for the course costs 7 days before hand. We work hard to secure as many models for you as possible but we cannot promise any numbers or treatment areas. Please ensure you have satisfied yourself with all aspects of the course before you book. Once booked and paid we assume you are completely satisfied with the course, its content and limitations.
Course bookings may be cancelled by contacting us on Management@the-aesthetic-training-co.com. A £50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, refunds and deferments. Deferments are not guaranteed and require approval by the aesthetic training co. Please note that booking a place on our course results in a huge amount of administrative effort and organisation for you as a delegate in order to help you participate/train. This includes patient bookings, equipment, consumables. Late cancellations potentially do not provide us with sufficient time to fill course places, hence the fees below:
· If your booking is cancelled or deferred more than 2 calendar weeks prior to the originally booked course start date, no additional fee applies on top of the administration fee
· If your booking is cancelled or deferred 1-2 calendar weeks prior to the originally booked course start date, 50% of the course fee will be retained in addition to the administration fee. Deferment to a future course would also require payment of the relevant course fee for that place.
· If your booking is cancelled or deferred less than 1 calendar weeks prior to the originally booked course start date, 100% of the course fee will be retained in addition to the administration fee. Deferment to a future course would also require payment of the relevant course fee for that place.
If you accept a course date earlier than your originally booked date, the above cancellation/deferment rules apply with respect to your newly accepted course date. If you accept a course date later than your originally booked date, the above cancellation/deferment rules apply with respect to your originally booked course date.
Unless the course or event is cancelled by the aesthetic training co, no refunds or transfers will be granted for failure to attend. . This includes: weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transportation, illness, childcare, etc. However, substitute delegates will be accepted. Please e-mail us any name changes before the event begins.
The aesthetic training co reserves the right to defer/re-arrange courses if deemed necessary due to cancellation reasons beyond the aesthetic training co’s control. In such circumstances, the above cancellation terms apply with respect to the originally booked course date. The administrative fee applies to all refunds.
It is the responsibility of the booking professional to choose the correct speciality from the booking page options and ensure they submit adequate proof of current registration within their appropriate profession. Errors in this process are not the responsibility of the aesthetic training co and any incorrect booking is subject to exactly the same terms as above. Delegates who book but fall outside of the professional eligibility list will not be trained or accredited and are not entitled to any sort of refund for their incorrect booking by the aesthetic training co.
By booking your course place and paying, you are accepting that the full course payment is being taken immediately and not at a later date unless advised and agreed with you beforehand.
Once the course has been attended under no circumstances is any refund offered.
Clinicians must note that they are responsible for ensuring they are able to be indemnified to perform aesthetics in their respective clinical settings upon course completion. Ideally this must be checked prior to booking a course place. The aesthetic training co is not responsible for indemnifying delegates outside of the course setting.
By booking and paying for the course, you are accepting these conditions.
